Without any help

Make sure you stop all running containers.

And visual studio if you're running one.

I'm having similar issues here, and use context field as well:

version: '3.4'

services: agent: image: ${DOCKER_REGISTRY-}hello/world-agent:latest build: context: ../ dockerfile: Agent/Agent/Dockerfile

and my ignore file looks like:

.dockerignore .env .git .gitignore .vs .vscode docker-compose.yml docker-compose.*.yml */bin */obj */.vs

And the error I see is:

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '\\?\C:\work\src\Agent\.vs\agent\v16\Server\sqlite3\db.lock'
